Intellogs inspection is a powerful tool for analyzing logs, tracking tasks, and monitoring performance. With real-time collaboration, customizable reporting, and analytics, it is an essential component of effective log management.

Dashboard

The dashboard page is designed to provide users with a comprehensive overview of their organization’s performance. It includes a variety of tables and graphs that offer detailed insights into asset inspections, work orders, employee and process inspections, and failed inspections. Users can view data from the past month or all-time to identify trends and areas for improvement. The dashboard’s visualization tools allow users to quickly and easily interpret data, making it an invaluable resource for decision-making and performance optimization.

All Inspections

• The All Inspections page displays a comprehensive table of inspection entries that users can access by clicking on individual entries. Each entry directs the user to the inspection detail page, which includes two tabs: “Basic Detail,” containing essential information such as the inspection’s title, description, and code, and “Associations,” displaying data related to the inspection’s associations. This feature is crucial for organizations to maintain their inspection records accurately and to optimize their performance.
• The “Add Inspection” option is available on the All Inspections page, allowing users to create new inspection records. To add an inspection, users must specify the title, description, and type of inspection, as well as select the associated asset. The user can choose to create a single or multiple inspection by selecting the appropriate option before adding the inspection record.

Inspection schedules

The Inspection Schedules module is a key feature of Intellogs that enables users to schedule and manage inspections for asset, workorder, process. With this module, users can create recurring inspection schedules based on a specified frequency, such as daily, weekly, or monthly. The module allows users to set up inspection schedules for individual asset, workorder, process as well as assign inspectors and track the status of scheduled inspections. This feature helps organizations streamline their inspection processes and ensure that assets are regularly inspected for compliance and safety.

Attributes

Inspection Attribute is a feature of Intellogs that enables users to define specific attributes for inspections based on the type of asset, process, or work order being inspected. This feature allows users to select the type of inspection, assign the inspection to a specific asset or process, and define custom inspection criteria such as checklists or questions to be answered during the inspection. By customizing the inspection attributes based on the specific asset or process being inspected, users can ensure that all critical aspects of the asset or process are thoroughly inspected and any potential issues are identified and addressed in a timely manner.
