Hey welcome to the Intellogs. In this section you come to know about the Log Modules.

Within the Logs tab, located at the sidebar, there exist three sub-tabs: “All Logs”, “Logs Dashboard”, and “Knowledgebase”.

All Logs

Logs are used to record important events and actions within a system or application, providing a detailed history of what has occurred. They are essential for troubleshooting, debugging, and analyzing system performance, helping to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

In this particular section, an array of options are provided to filter logs according to their types, such as “note,” “idea,” “Warning,” and “Problem.” These types are further classified based on their sub-types like “Open,” “Close,” “Reopen,” and “Unattended,” which enables users to sort out their log list in a more organized manner. Additionally, there is an option to view recent tags, along with the number of times they have been used in the past 30 days.

Moreover, the list of logs can be shifted and filtered by selecting “All,” which displays all logs, regardless of their creator, “My,” which displays only the user’s logs, and “Related,” which shows logs that mention or are assigned to the user. This page also provides an option to “create” a new log.

Clicking on a log will redirect the user to the detail page of that log, where they can find an option to “update” the log.

Logs Dashboard

On this page, several graphs are available that provide insights into the log types such as “Note,” “Ideas,” “Warnings,” and “Problems.” Additionally, there is a graph that displays the number of logs created on the current day, and badges that indicate the number of logs present in each type on the current date.

Furthermore, there is a graph that shows the number of logs created on a weekly basis, and another graph that displays the number of logs solved on a weekly basis. These graphs help users to analyze their log data and understand their progress in managing logs.

Moreover, a table is also present on this page, which displays the details of employees against the log key and asset title. This table provides a comprehensive overview of the logs and enables users to track the assigned tasks and the employees responsible for managing them.

Knowledgebase

This page provides detailed information about the knowledge base, which is created based on the logs. It includes the ratings for each knowledge base, and allows users to gain more insight into the assets, failure codes, and logs. This feature enables users to better understand the root cause of issues and make more informed decisions when handling future logs.
