As Skills are assigned to the employees

There are two sub-modules in the Skills module

• First is Skills , One can create the skills where you can name and describe the skill and also assign the importance of that skill
• Also in Skills, you can find the list of the added the skills and by clicking on the certain it opens the singleview of that skills, where also you can update the skills.

• Second is Skill Groups, where you can name and describe the skill group and assign the added the skills to the specific group.
• Also in Skill Groups, you can find the list of the added the skill group and by clicking on the certain it opens the singleview of that skill group, where also you can update the skill group.
