What is Asset what can we do in Assets:

An asset is anything that has current or future economic value to a business. Essentially, for businesses, assets include everything controlled and owned by the company that’s currently valuable or could provide monetary benefit in the future. Examples include patents, machinery, and investments .In intellogs we have assets that may be our machinary ,laptops or anything we can also make groups of same assets as we can make groups of same machinery.In intellogs we can see Assets Logs monthly & weekly as well as most recent logs You can check Failures, Down Time, Solutions & Repairs against different assets. By scrolling down we can check the Top Solution/ Worked Employee also Inventory, Inspections, Inspection Schedule associated with different assets. In assets Here you can check the list of all existing assets. To view reports assets just click the button Reports as highlighted.We can see reports of any asset in this page.

How can we add an Asset

We can add an asset by clicking on add asset in yellow color by clicking on this we will move this page here we will add Asset name then customer its mean this asset belong to which customer then we will add description of our asset then we can add cost( Assets Cost) ,UPT(Time required for assets) , Assets Production(Cost during whole process), UOM(units for measurement ) then we will select parent asset and also Asset group.

Then by clicking on next you will find an insurance page for example some assets have an insurance policy so here we will fill this detail.

Next page we will enter Address detail here we will also select department and section of an asset .,

Then on next page we will add vendors detail as name,contact number,email etc.

Then we will add manufacturing date ,purchasing date, varenty date and also condition.

On next page we will add Purchase Price, Shipping Cost,Installation Cost and Depreciation.

What can We see on clicking on any asset

Basic Detail

WE can check the detail of any asset by clicking on it . We can see Basic Detail, documents Also check History Report, Schedule Report, Inspection Report by click on More options. We can see basic details of any asset and we can add documents of an asset by clicking on document..

Dashboard

In dashboard we can see all assets list and also failures,down times, solutions, and also repairs .Here we can also see all Assets which can be from inventory,inspection and inspection schedule we can also see ratings of an asset in dashboard.in dashboard we can see all details of an asset .

Others

By clicking on others we can add reading of an asset Reading is limit of an asset which will be measured in units this is limit of an asset that at this position it can stop working and at this position it needs repair. For adding reading we will add reading name,units, then value that it will decrease or increase then we will safe changes .Then it will be added.
