Attributes are the characteristic ascribed to someone or something. This is basically used to define attributes of an item for example attributes of a laptop are RAM,ROM, And color .In the same way we use this to describe the attributes of our inventory. you can see the Answers of Attribute. Also we can Delete/Update or View the Answer associated with attribute as. In Answers tab we can add new answer.

How can we add an Attribute

• To add new Schedule just click the button Inspection Attribute as highlighted . Fill info as:
• Add Attribute Title.
• Select Type from dropdown.
• Add Attribute Description.
• Hit Add Attribute button to save the Attribute.

By clicking on any attribute

Click on any Attribute from given list to see the details of any one. Here you can see the Basic Detail of Attribute. Also we can update the Accepted Value & Task Time. In basic detail we can check details for any Attribute from Basic Detail tab.

In Answers Tab In Answers tab we can add new answer by clicking on Add Answers button in yellow color. we will Add Title.
Select Type as Text from dropdown. Select Answer Overall Impact/Weightage. Click Add Existing button to add from existing answers. Hit Save Ans button to save the Answer.

Type as radio

• Add Title.
• Select Type as Radio from dropdown.
• Select Accepted Rules using Radio Option.
• Select Answer Overall Impact/Weightage.
• Click Add Existing button to add from existing answers.
• Hit Save Ans button to save the Answer.

Type as Long Text

• Add Title.
• Select Type as Long Text from dropdown.
• Select Answer Overall Impact/Weightage.
• Click Add Existing button to add from existing answers.
• Hit Save Ans button to save the Answer.

Type as List

• Add Title.
• Select Type as List from dropdown.
• If we Select List then:
• Select List of from dropdown. Like, Asset, Inventory, Employee for all these the form would be same.
• IF Select List Type as Check Box. AND.
• Select List Privacy as Related.
• Select Accepted Rules using Min & Max % values.
• Select Answer Overall Impact/Weightage.
• Click Add Existing button to add from existing answers.
• Hit Save Ans button to save the Answer.

In inventort Tab

Click on any Attribute from given list to see the details of any one. Here you can see the Inventory of Attribute. Also we can Delete/Update or View the Inventory associated with attribute. In Inventory tab we can add new inventory by clicking on Add Inventory Items button Also we can Delete/Update or View the Tools associated with attribute. In Inventory tab we can add new tools by
clicking on Add Tools Items button.
