What are the expenses and how it is important

Expenses is defined as the cost one is required to spend on obtaining something. As the popular saying goes, “it costs money to make money.” Common expenses include payments to suppliers, employee wages, factory leases, and equipment depreciation. Expenses are important because they can help assess a company’s cost and stock management efficiency. It highlights the level of cost that a company needs to make to generate revenue, which is the main goal of a company.

Here we can add expenses for information that how much cost is used for this inventory or task.In dashboard we can see that how many expense are created and how many are approved by employer and also we can see all the list of expenses which is created by employees we can see their basic detail also.

Here we can see all expense and we can create other expenses.Basic purpose of expense creation is this that a employee can create a expense then employer can check that they can manage or afford to do this or not in this way he can approve if they wants to do this and can reject if he dont want to do this.

Here you can check the list of all existing Expenses. To validate any Expenses click Validate button.Here you can see the Basic Detail of Expense Here you can see the Expense Details. How can we add a expenses

We can also add expenses. By clicking on add expense this interface will appear.

We have to fulfil this information for adding an expense.

  • Firstly Add Start date that when it will start.
  • Add End date that in how many days it will end.
  • Select User from dropdown that which employee will do this .
  • Add Note (public).
  • Add Note (private).
  • To add Multiple expenses types do it:
  • Add Date, Type, Description, U.P, QTY.
  • Hit Add More button to add more
  • Hit Add Now button to save.

in this way expenses will be added in your dashboard.
