Here you can add skills which are required to be used and solving logs Here you can check the list of all existing skills. To add new skill just click the button Add skill as highlighted in yellow color. Click on any skill from given list to see the details of specific skill. Here you can see the Basic Detail of skill Also we can update/remove the skills from button.

This will show us basic detail which we can edit and delete by clicking on buttons.Now By Clicking On Skill Group This interface will appear.

This page will show us skill group which also can be edited and deleted by clicking delete and edit button.

How we Can Add a Skill

To add new Role just click the button Add skills as highlighted in yellow color. Fill info as:

• Add skill Name.
• Add skill Description.
• Select the skill importance from .
• Hit Add Skill button to save.

Skill Group

Here you can check the list of all existing Skill Groups. To add new Skill Group just click the button Add Skill Group as highlighted in yellow color. Click on any Skill Group from given list to see the details of specific Skill Group.

We can see detail of any skill group by clicking on it .

Here you can see the Basic Detail of Skill Groups Also we can check the skills that are assigned to specific Group from Skills tab. Also remove skills associated with role. Also we can update/remove the Skill Group from buttons highlighted.

We can also see skills by clicking on skills and we can also edit skills and skill group by clicking on edit button.

How Can We add skill group

To add new Skill Groups just click the button Add Skill Group as highlighted in green color in above slide. Fill info as:

• Add Skill Group Name.
• Add Skill Group Description.
• Select the multiple Skills from the drop down.
• Hit Add Skill Group button to save.

What is Weitage In Skills

When ever we add a skill we can add weight of that skill as in below interface you can see that we can add weight of skill by increasing percentage we can add weight upto 100.

We can add weight by increasing percentage of skill importance and it is also to tells the importance to employees that the expert level of this skill is required up to this level.

As we can also see this this weight in skill dashboard.
