Hey welcome to the Intellogs. In this section you come to know about the assets.

To initiate the process of asset creation, it is necessary to first add asset groups.

  • When adding “Asset Groups”, it is necessary to input specific information in the corresponding fields to ensure accurate and organized asset management. This information typically includes the asset group’s name, description, and other essential details, such as asset group type, asset group department, department section, and parent asset group. By selecting the appropriate values for these fields based on the asset group’s purpose and relationship to other asset groups, the new asset group can be successfully added to the system.
  • To create an “Asset”, it is necessary to provide relevant and specific information in the corresponding fields located within the asset tab. These fields typically include the asset’s name, description, and other pertinent details that are necessary for accurate asset management. Depending on the asset type and purpose, additional fields may need to be filled out, such as the asset’s location, serial number, purchase date, and other identifying features. By inputting the necessary information in these fields, a new asset can be successfully created and added to the asset management system.

To view an asset or asset group’s details, and update their information, the user must access the corresponding section within the system and make the necessary changes.

  • The asset group list can be accessed through the system’s user interface, and selecting a specific asset group will lead to its individual view, which provides more detailed information. This includes the asset group’s basic details, such as its name, description, and any associated departments or sections. The “assets” tab displays a list of assets that are related to the selected asset group, and the user can update the asset group by selecting the “update” button provided within this view.
• Upon accessing the asset tab within the system, a table of assets is displayed, and selecting a specific asset will lead to its single view, where more detailed information can be accessed. In the “basic details” tab, essential information about the asset, such as its name, description, and asset QR code or barcode sharing options, can be found. The “dashboard” tab displays an overview of the selected asset, while the “documents” tab contains any relevant documentation associated with the asset. “Other” tab include the “failure code” tab, which displays any failure codes associated with the asset, and the “asset meter reading” tab, where new readings can be added. The “NFC tag” tab displays any associated NFC tag details. Finally, the “more” button located at the right corner provides access to the asset’s history, schedule, and inspection reports.
