Hey welcome to the Intellogs. In this section you come to know about the Codes in Intellogs
There are two type of codes in Intellogs.
The “failure code” feature within the system is used to associate any failure or issue with a specific asset, providing a record of any repairs required.
- To add a failure code within the system, the user can access the “failure code” feature and click on the button provided in the right corner of the interface. This opens a new tab, where the user can enter relevant information, such as the failure code itself, any parent failure codes, and a description of the issue. In addition, the user must also select the asset to which the failure code is to be associated, as well as any skills associated with the issue.
- On the main failure code page, the user can access a table of all failure codes within the system. By clicking on a specific failure code, the user can access its individual page, which contains details on its “basic detail” and associated “skills”. The page also provides information on the “assets” associated with the failure code, as well as the “repair code” for the issue. Additionally, the user can view the “solution” section, which includes details such as the solution title, creator, and rating options such as “likes” and “dislikes”.
