The maintenance module in Intellogs allows businesses to manage and track the maintenance of their equipment, machinery, and other assets. The module provides a comprehensive view of all maintenance activities, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks. It also allows businesses to assign tasks to specific employees or vendors and set reminders for upcoming maintenance activities. The module also offers a variety of reports and analytics, providing businesses with valuable insights into their maintenance performance and helping them make data-driven decisions.

Dashboard

The maintenance dashboard in Intellogs is designed to provide businesses with a comprehensive overview of their maintenance operations. The dashboard features a variety of badges with numbers, providing businesses with quick and easy access to key performance metrics such as open work orders, overdue work orders, and completed work orders. In addition, the dashboard includes a graph of weekly maintenance and a graph of scheduled maintenance, allowing businesses to monitor trends and identify areas for improvement.

Furthermore, the dashboard contains a chart of maintenance yearly details, which provides a complete overview of all maintenance work carried out during the year. This chart includes information such as the number of completed work orders, the number of working maintenance, and the average time to complete a work order. Additionally, the dashboard features a table of monthly maintenance workers, enabling businesses to track the performance of individual workers and identify areas where additional training or support may be required.

Maintenance Procedures

  • On this page , an option to include maintenance procedures is available. Upon selecting this option, you will be directed to a new page that pertains to add maintenance procedures. Here, you will be required to fill in essential fields such as the procedure title, procedure description, and select an appropriate procedure task.
  • On this page, you will also find a table that displays a list of the added maintenance procedures. The table entries include the procedure code, along with the title name, procedure time, and task. By clicking on each entry, you can access the “basic detail” of that entry. Additionally, there is another tab labeled “task” that contains a table of procedure tasks. This tab also offers an option to add new tasks. Furthermore, there is an “update” button that allows you to modify an existing entry. You may also use the “change sequence” button to alter the sequence of tasks.

Asset Maintenance

  • This particular page offers an option to include asset maintenance. Once you select this option, you will be redirected to a new page that specifically caters to adding asset maintenance. On this page, you will be required to fill in vital fields such as the maintenance title, maintenance description, and select an associated asset and procedure. Afterward, click on the “add” button to successfully include the asset maintenance
  • On this webpage, a table is available that displays a comprehensive list of added asset maintenance. The table entries consist of the maintenance code, along with the title, time, and procedure. By clicking on each entry, you can access the “basic detail” of that particular entry. Furthermore, there is an additional tab labeled “procedures,” which presents a table of procedure tasks. In addition to this, an “update” button allows you to modify any existing entry as needed. Another tab labeled “Assets” contains a table that includes all the added assets against the maintenance. At the end of each row, an option to delete the asset is available, along with an “update” option at the top of the table

Maintenance Schedule

  • Go to the Maintenance Schedule page and click on the “Add Maintenance Schedule” button.
  • Fill in the “Title” field with a descriptive name for your maintenance schedule.
  • Select the “Associated Asset” from the dropdown list. This is the asset that the maintenance schedule is for.
  • Choose between “Asset Maintenance” and “Inspection Schedule” depending on the type of maintenance you want to schedule.
  • Select the “Schedule By” radio button by either “Date” or “Reading Values” depending on how you want to schedule your maintenance.
  • If you choose “Reading Values”, select the “Meter Readings” that you want to use for your maintenance schedule. Then, provide the number of readings to be taken in “Reading Frequency” and the “Next Maintenance Counter” reading. Add these meter readings to the schedule.
  • If you select “Schedule by Date”, choose the “Schedule Frequency” and select the “Maintenance Date”. Specify the exact time, day, month, and year. Also, mention the “Working Days & Hours” and select the “Schedule Till” date.
  • Add any instructions or checklists related to the maintenance schedule in the designated field.
  • Review the information you entered and click “Add” to create your new maintenance schedule.
