Hey welcome to the Intellogs. In this section we come to know about the Process & Association & Activities.

First we discuss about the Process

Processes are created on the asset in order to define a series of steps that need to be taken to complete a task or maintenance activity.

• To add a new process, users can access the “Add Process” button located in the top right corner of the interface. This opens a new tab where the user can enter relevant information such as the title and description of the process. In addition, the user must also associate the process with specific assets.
• On the main process page, there is a table displaying a list of processes. By clicking on a specific process, a new interface opens, which displays the “Basic Details” of the process, including the process description and a list of assets associated with it. Users can add additional assets and access the “Activities” tab, which shows the procedure tasks associated with the process. Users can add new activities to the process, as well as delete or make decisions on existing activities.

Second we discuss about the Process Activity

• To add a new process activity, users can access the “Add Process Activity” button located in the top right corner of the interface. This opens a new tab where the user can enter relevant information such as the title and description of the process activity. In addition, the user must also associate the process with specific assets.
• On the main process page, there is a table displaying a list of process activity. By clicking on a specific process activity, a new interface opens, which displays the “Basic Details” of the process, including the process description and user can also find option of update by which you can update the process activity.
