Hey welcome to the Intellogs. In this section we come to know about the Reports.

• In the Asset, a “reports” button is provided, which leads to a new tab when clicked. Within this tab, assets can be filtered according to specific fields, such as asset department, asset section, asset group, condition, logs, and work-orders. The filtered results are displayed in a table format, allowing the user to view the assets that meet the selected criteria.
• Furthermore, options to copy, export to Excel, CSV, or PDF, and print the filtered asset table are also available, allowing for easy sharing and distribution of information.
• On the main asset page, there is a report button available for each asset which provides access to individual reports. This button displays three options: “History report,” “Schedule reports,” and “Inspection Checklist.” By clicking each option, the system generates the relevant report associated with that asset, which can be printed for future use.
