The sales module of Intellogs includes a sale dashboard, sale orders, and shipments features. These tools enable businesses to manage their sales processes efficiently, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement. By streamlining sales processes, businesses can boost sales and drive growth.

Dashboard

The sales module in Intellogs is equipped with a variety of graphs and charts, providing businesses with valuable insights into their sales performance. These graphs include weekly sale orders both with and without shipments, as well as yearly sale orders with and without shipments. In addition, the module displays badges with numbers against different categories, providing businesses with a quick and easy way to track their performance and identify areas for improvement. By leveraging these powerful tools, businesses can gain a better understanding of their sales processes, optimize their operations, and drive growth.

Sale Order

• The “Add Sale Order” page in the sales module of Intellogs enables businesses to create and manage customer orders efficiently. To create a new sale order, users must select a third-party and provide a reference number, delivery date, and any relevant notes. They must then select the products to be included in the order and fill out the necessary fields before adding them to the order. Finally, they can click “Create Order” to finalize the sale order.
• On the main sale-order page, you will find a table containing a list of sale orders with various information, including their status which can be set to draft. Clicking on any entry will open its singleview, where you will find tabs such as “Basic Detail” displaying the basic details of the sale order, along with the option to generate the shipment and PDF report. The “Inventory Items” tab allows you to select the products, along with their quantity, price, discount, and tax to generate the total. Additionally, you can view a list of products below this tab. The “Invoices/Shipments” tab contains information related to the invoices and shipments of the sale order.

Shipment

The Shipment module in the Sale section of Intellogs contains a page dedicated to shipments. This page includes a table that lists all the shipments along with their reference, customer, shipping methods, and tracking numbers. This table makes it easy for users to track and manage all their shipments in one place.
