Third parties that relate to inventory include suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and logistics providers. Effective collaboration with these parties is essential for a smooth and efficient inventory management process.

• On this page, an “Add Third Party” option is available. Upon clicking this button, a form will open where you can input the required information. The form includes fields such as “Third-Party Name,” “Customer,” “Vendor,” “Phone Number,” and “Address.”
• On the same page, there is a table that displays a list of third parties. Clicking on each entry will open a single view of the third party, which includes several tabs. The “Basic Detail” tab shows basic information about the third party, such as their name, address, and contact information. The “Invoices” tab displays a list of invoices associated with the third party, along with some details. Additionally, a delete option is available at the end of each row, allowing you to remove any unnecessary entries. The “Orders Detail” tab contains a table of orders placed by the third party. This tab also provides an option to update the records, enabling you to make necessary changes and maintain accurate information. Properly managing third-party information is crucial for successful inventory management, and the provided options allow you to efficiently track and update relevant data.
