Services and importance

A business service refers to activities that benefit a company. These services may comprise marketing, event planning, training, waste management and other types services that benefit the company.

Services are important for any employer because Providing great customer service can generate more marketing and sales opportunities. So meeting customers’ satisfaction is paramount to keeping your business growing successfully.

In dashboard we can see total, Used ,Today ,Created Deleted services and also we can check the list of all existing Services. To view the Service report just click the button Reports as highlighted in website. To edit any service click edit icon as highlighted in blue color. Click on any Service from given list to see the details of specific Service. Here you can see the Basic Detail of Service Here you can see the Related Skills of Service. Also you can Add/Remove the skill associated with service. Here you can see the Related Employees of Service.

Add/Remove the Employees associated with service.Here you can see the Related Products of Service. Also Add/Remove the Products associated with service.

By clicking on reports

By clicking on Reports we can we can filter all fields according to choice as you can filter employee, products, you cans set limit and also sale order , sale order task , and also sale order task status then you can see reports by clicking on PDF, Excel, CV or print. It Provide you too facility to see reports in the form of pdf and excel.

How can we Add Services

We can add a service by clicking on add services then this tab will appear here you can add service by entering service label then product category and also item price then click on add service.

After filling fields you will see that service have been added successfully as you can see as below.

By clicking on any service you can see basic detail of item and related skills and also related employees and also related products .

By clicking on skills we can see all skills which is related to this service and also we can add skills which are required for that service.

By clicking on related employee we can see all employees which can do work on this service and also we can add employees if required there is also an option from where we can edit employees and their details.

By clicking on related products we can see all products which are related to this service and also we can add more products by clicking on add more product.
