What is meant by sales order and why it is important:
A sales order is a document generated by the seller specifying the details about the product or services ordered by the customer. Along with the product and service details, sales order consists of price, quantity, terms, and conditions.
The sales order confirms the terms of a transaction between a buyer and seller. The seller generates the order, often in response to a purchase order. The seller may send this document to the customer or rely on it solely for internal use. The sales order details the quantity, price, delivery time frame, and more.
What can we do in Sale Order
Here you can check the list of all existing Sale Orders. We can also add new Sale Order just click the button Create Sale Order. Click on any Sale Order from given list to see the details of specific Sale Order .
How Can We add a Sale Order
To add new Sale Orders just click the button Add Sale Order as highlighted in yellow color. Fill info as:
- Select Service from dropdown.
- Select Employees from dropdown.
- Select Order Start date / End date.
- Select Customer from dropdown.
- To Add multiple inventory repeat the steps below:
- Select Product from dropdown.
- Select QTY.Hit Add More button to Add
- Hit Save Sale Order button to save.
By clicking on any sale order
By clicking on any sale order you can see the Basic Detail of Sale Order Here you can also see the Related Employees of Sale Order. Here you can see the Invoices of Sale Order. Also Add the Invoices associated with Sale Order.
