This is used to create new logs we can attach files with your log. By Selecting Privacy Select Type to relate with log.
Add Log Description , Additional Detail and we can attach files of any type as video audio image etc.

How to create logs in intellogs

By clicking on Create button .

• Click on Upload Files button to attach files with your log.
• Select Asset from dropdown to relate with
• log.
• Select Process from dropdown to relate
• with log.
• Select Privacy to relate with log.
• Select Type to relate with log.
• Add Log Description to describe the log.
• Add Additional Detail to describe the log.
• Hit Add Log button

Here you can select Privacy it can be public, private or custom type in public it can see by anyone and in custom you can set privacy that who can see this and who cannot and also in private only you can see this log.

Now in next you can select TYPE of log means it is warning or it is idea for employees or it is problem or it can be a simple note for information.

Next You can mention an employee or any person in creating logs.

Then You can add keywords which can help for searching in this log.

Then You can add additional detail of this log in description.Here you can attach an image, video audio and also an table or every type of editing you want in your description.

Then you can attach thumbnails for this log by clicking on thumbnail and also you can add list of items by selecting list.

Then You can click on add logs and it will be shown in your dashboard.
