Logs contain a wealth of data that can feed into analytics programs and inform your business decision making. Use the data captured in logs to track what users really do with your application, figure out what causes them to abandon transactions, and what are the most popular features. Log files are a historical record of everything and anything that happens within a system, including events such as transactions, errors and intrusions, ideas, warning.

Logs Types

in logs Screen shows us All, My & Related logs. We can also add new logs. Logs basically display data of different problems according to requirement. To Filter the logs click on options Highlighted on screen. Also you can filter by Users as well by selecting users from dropdown showing in Highlighted area. Also filter logs by All, Open, Closed, Reopen, Un Attend as Highlighted Orange area.

Here we have three types Of Logs MY,All,Related . In All we have all logs which are created by user and it shows us that it is idea, warning, or it is problem .

It Also Shows us attachments which are submitted by users these attachments are seen by clicking on this attachment icon like this

In Side bar we can see all logs even we can see in sequence that how many logs are for problem and how many logs are created for idea and also how many are for note and also how many are for problems.

We can also search or filter our desired log in search bar.
